Stewartstown Railroad will be holding the October Work Weekend on October 18, 19 and 20.

We will be doing some finishing work to get the stretch from Five Forks Road to the picnic grove in final good condition for big train operations. On Saturday, we will be replacing missing crossing signs at several locations out on the line. New signs have been built and are in inventory !

On Sunday we will be installing ties on the main track from the Old Pumpkin Patch to the Iron Bridge, or we may take the Plasser Tamper and level up some low track!

If we have a big crew we may do both! There is always much to do and everyone is encouraged to come out and help!
